Before you start your search for your perfect home, ask yourself some key questions that will save you time in the process:

What location are you looking for? Is there a particular part of town you are interested in?
What style of home are you looking for? A ranch, two story, split entry?
What size house do you need? What square footage are you looking for? Number of bedrooms and bathrooms? Garage size? Lot size?
